Cancellation policy

Standard cancellation policy :

  • Full refund if you cancel 1 month or more from the tour start

  • Half refund if you cancel 15 days or more from the tour start

  • Full refund if you cancel anytime due to certain unforeseeable events*

100% refund option : 

 

  • For complete peace of mind, you can opt for our 100% Refund Option, which allows you to cancel for any reason whatsoever, right up until the last minute before your tour starts.

  • Cost of this option: €90 plus 20% of your total tour price.

  • You can purchase this option anytime up to one month before your tour begins.

 

To qualify for a refund for a cancelled tour, you must contact Champagne Luxury Trip by email or WhatsApp.

In case of card payment, 3.5% bank fees will be charged for the refund.

* These include travel restrictions imposed by governments, war, civil insurrection, strike, extreme weather, earthquake or natural disaster. Please note, does not include personal or family illness or injury, poor weather or a change of plans.
